Licensing the Land

EM Orka follows international best practices from other jurisdictions (Such as the U.S. and Europe), by entering into an initial license agreement with the landowner.
This license agreement is essentially a permission (Legally described as an "easement" or a "license") from the land-occupier that allows the project developer to access the land and conduct wind-measurement studies, as well as environmental and social impact assessments.
